I was trying to buy EcoWater filters. I couldn’t find on... Amazon so I had to contact ecowater directly. Jonah called me after a few days. It’s not quick but I am happy with the call. I purchased a set with his guidance. He also sent me the videos. Haven’t got the filters but overall I like the service so far.read more

My nephew and I were working on getting my Ecowater Reverse... osmosis tank pressurized and when it didn’t work , we called Ecowater and spoke to Kevin Johns . He immediately offered to provide his number to text photos of my system and plumbing underneath . And with that he knew exactly how to help us . He was so amazingly good and helpful and so patient in trouble shooting my RO issues . And subsequently guided us on replacing my old filters which he figured may have been clogged cuz replacing the 3 filters were way overdue . So step by step , he pleasantly guided us on replacing the filters and it was successful. I really appreciate your outstanding customer service,Kevin. I love my ecowater filter so much I have two in my house... and installed one at my parents too. I called to get help replacing my filters and Jonah made it so easy! He walked me through which ones to add to cart based on my systems and followed up with written instructions and a step by step video on how to change them. So easy. I’ve had ecowater almost 7 years now and have always been pleased with my filter and their customer service!read more

The entire experience working with Ecowater has been great.... It started with the rep at Costco who helped us learn about the solution and schedule a at-home meeting. Ben was the sales tech we worked with to scope out the right equipment for our home. He was very knowledge and friendly. Finally, Michael the installer was very professional, equally knowledgeable and willing to do the extra touches to make everything clean and neat. We are very excited to have an Ecowater solution for our home and be a customer for many years to come.++++++++++++++Update: June 2025 - We are many years into our ownership and everything continues to be great with our water and ECO products.
