My wife and I are very happy with our RO and Alkaline water treatment system. I contacted Tiffany Griffith to report a very slight leak at a fitting under our sink. She coordinated a service call for us to quickly handle this. Then we will be able to put our cleaning items under the sink before Thanksgiving and before our large family arrives. Yes, you can say that Tiffany helped us to save Thanksgiving this year!
Amazing worker named Jonah Rivas was such an amazing help. My grandpa was out of town and I didn’t know anything about water tanks or what to do when there is a leak. Luckily Jonah was there and was patient with me and help me out through the whole process of scheduling an appointment. He is such a nice young man and deserves a raise!😊
Julie our sales person came to our house and I was shown how bad our current water quality was. My trusty Icemaker filter under the sink for the drinking water faucet had a higher TDS rating than the tap water! I also learned a few other things from Julie. that were helpful. She was fact based.We went the the full RO and Alkaline system. Carla was the installation lead and she was outstanding. She (and her helper Mariano) went above and beyond to create a clean looking install for us by going under the house instead of wrapping pipes outside of the house to connect to the softener. The rest of the install was clean and professional.This system might seem expensive up front but it is well made and not high maintenance. We chose to go this path instead of seemingly saving money up front and then having to maintain a sub-par system.I highly recommend Eco Water Systems if you are looking for a high quality RO and Alkaline water system.We are happy with our decision.

We had EcoWater Softener and Reverse Osmosis systems installed in our house in 2021. The system has worked great! We have really hard water which frustrated my wife until we installed the systems. On top of this, EcoWater customer service has been great at helping maintain our systems. I wanted to especially thank Jonah Rievas for taking care of us on the customer service side.

We were EcoWater customers in a different state (outside of CA). When we purchased our system (EcoWater water softening and Reverse Osmosis RO system) through the Costco program a couple years ago we were told we could move the system if we ever moved. We recently relocated on SoCal and called the local EcoWater dealer (EcoWater SoCal). We loved our original EcoWater team from our old home and were worried the new team wouldn't be able to fill their shoe. Boy, we were more than pleasantly surprised!! 🙂 The whole team from start to finish has been AWESOME!!(1) INITIAL SERVICE TEAM: Marissa M. reached out in response to our initial call and explained how the overall process would work to get our system installed in our SoCal home. She was great about answering all our questions, was super knowledgeable, and provided clear pricing and quotes.(2) SALES TEAM: Through Marissa we got our installation date on the calendar. Coincidentally, a few days before our install date, we happen to notice an EcoWater branded car parked in front of our neighbor's home. I walked up and was able to chat with Mitch M. (from EcoWater) after his sales call with my neighbor. He was kind enough to come to our garage and look at our kitchen set up so scout out the project in advance. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was clear he did more than sales because of his knowledge base. He was also kind enough to offer to look in their computer system to see who was the technician that would be coming to do the install so that he could give them the heads up on our home. He happen to be back in the neighborhood the same day of the install and even stopped by to check in. SO AWESOME!TECH TEAM: Evan P. was our main technician and he was AWESOME. He was super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. His teammate Jason H. was also super skilled and friendly too. They were both great about explaining the whole installation process. The best part of the team was their professionalism, very positive attitude and solution orientation.They were also very customer-focused. Because they had to shut off the main water for a while, they were also so considerate and made sure they kept working so that they were able to get to a stopping point so the water could be turned back on before they went on an overdue/belated quick lunch break. How awesome was that??! Because each home is different and has its quirks, Evan and Jason were both awesome about working around our plumbing setup and unique layout of our home.We cannot say enough about this AWESOME, AWESOME team. I noticed that my water was still not yet "soft" after multiple months of seeing hard water spots over my reflective surfaces in my home. Jordan Tallmadge came out to our home, and he was super patient and actually did more than I expected him to do. He even opened up my water refiner unit and inspected everything and took it apart and did a full rebuild. He found a faulty O-ring and replaced it with better ones. He took his time, never felt rushed, and even added on an alkaline filter to our RO system.Most importantly, he was really friendly the whole time and I really felt like he wanted to make sure our issues were resolved. You can tell he cares. I hope to get Jordan again when we have our next service!

Incredible customer service. The YouTube videos should be updated especially in this era. I was able to speak to a customer service rep and he walked me through all the steps needed when I replaced the filters and had water pressure issues.I purchased this through Costco. Worth every penny. The water taste great and has 3 filters at the kitchen faucet.
We ordered a water softener and RO system through Costco. They were professional throughout the entire process, from the initial visit/quotation to the installation (Carlos did an excellent job). Admittedly the system may have been on the more expensive side, but I would rather take the extended Costco warranty and a quality product then pay less for a unit from a "quick sticker company". I would use them again for my next house.
I had difficulty ordering by myself filter replacement for my under sink RO system. I called EcoWater 800 number and was lucky Miguel Reyes picked up my call. After that all was easy with Miguel’s great help ordering filters and scheduling replacement date. Miguel did an except job.

Kevin was very helpful when my ecowater system lost pressure, which should not have happened because I replaced all the undercounter filters 6 months ago. Kevin suggested I check the pressure on the tank and if low, refill the tank with 9 lbs of pressure. Did that and the pressure is better. Thanks Kevin.
I just had a new EcoWater water system installed under my sink in the kitchen. Mostly used for drinking and cooking. I got the system with the alkali enhancement. My technician, Devin Howard, that installed the system was prompt, courteous and very professional. He removed my old system and installed the new system in under an hour. Very clean install and the water tastes great. I would highly recommend the system and Devin as well.

I was tired of my Brita and having to purchase RO water for my fish tank, so I called EcoWater to have them install an RO + Akaline system. The whole process from start to finish was super simple. Installation a breeze. I had Fabian Acuna as my technician, wow. What an awesome guy! Had everything up and running within an hour. I now have access to perfect drinking water year round without having to wait for filtration or stand in a line. My only regret is not calling EcoWater sooner!
Years ago Eco-Water System installed water system since then we have been clear water for drinking and other uses.It is a very good quality water cleaning system that we can drink clear water at kitchen even bathtub any where in our house. Eco Water System clean water according to system set up program very well. It is excellent water clean system I love it and recommend this system to any one wants clean water.Oh recently I found to fill up salt oftener then 6 months cause our area water quality but no problem only fill up salt every 2 -3 months faster then 6 months at the beginning but system runs wonderful

Been using the under counter reverse osmosis system from them for 10 years now. Virtually maintenance free besides the filter changes. It's saved us thousands in bottles water. I always check on it with my tds meter and the water is always proper. Filters flouride and chlorine as well. Can't live without it!!!

I have this eco water filtration system for last 3 years and is working well. Yesterday noticed water flow was slow and this morning there was no water at all. Ecowater has fabulous customer service and someone is always available. I love my softener and RO system and, if I have a problem, they do their best to take care of it right away. My RO stopped filling up a couple days ago and Kyle Keehr walked me through troubleshooting via text because our phone connection was bad. I sure appreciate his help and the help of everyone who responds to my questions and concerns. He saved me the cost of a repair visit and I'm back to enjoying fabulous drinking water.
Yesterday Monday, January 22, 2024 broke all records for a one day rainfall in San Diego, County.Brennan Jackson, Service Sales Specialist for ECOWATER Systems contended these consequences and repercussions the whole long day. He called over an hour from his expected arrival saying he on his way and would be arriving shortly.He parked his van and we discussed the scope of my concerns / issues and rolled up our sleeves and went to it.Starting in The Watershed where the system is housed it provides conditioned water to both the main house andthe guest house.He quickly went through the settings found a multiple items list of needed adjustments / corrections and culminated"all good" by water testing and comparisons with Rainbow Municipal Water Districts Meter / Back-Flow 1" Line.The ECO System was back - functioning as it should.Next under both sink-filters and the filter tanks - bleeding, checking the bladder and properly pressurizing to 10 lbs.we had strong flow.Brennan showed what he was doing demonstrating the best methods and applications - where dates / information labels are and how to change equipment so time-frames are meet and dollars are wisely spent.Went over parts and time spent for the work and again another round of water testing for a quality guarantee.Billing was clear, concise and paid per agreement.It was dark when he said good night to my daughter and wife.Packing up his van, I thanked him - it was a very good work experience.Both John would have, and Glenn should be, very Proud.Sincerely,Bob & Nancy

We had John Arguilez come out and replace our filters on our RO system. He's customer service was outstanding. He was funny, courteous and very knowledgeable. He spent time going over how to care for our water softener as well as the RO system. He walked me through each step of the filter replacement so that I could do it myself next time if I so desire. Never did he try to oversell services. On the contrary, John let me know that the membrane should not need to be changed for another 3 years for the RO system and the softener should not need serviced for 2 more years. On top of that he made sure to explain that he's just a phone call away should I have any questions or require future service. We're so happy we chose Ecowater!
The Installation was very smooth and it took 4.5 hours as promised. The service was great and the Technician Oscar Barron was very cooperative, knowledgeable and explained us on how to maintain the system and troubleshoot.

Love Ecowater’s service! Had a leak in our home’s water softener system, issue was the plastic component was faulty. Called their staff and had very knowledgeable tech, Victor, come in 2 days to absolve the issue. He replaced the faulty item in about an hour. I would recommend ecowater and Victor to anyone looking to get a system installed in their home!
A perfect service man! If you expect someone who meets your every expectation,John is your man. He was on time, efficient, friendly and willing to explain what he was doing. I will call him back before I attempt to make my own maintenance however simple it might be. John has been to our house before and I was happy to see his cheerful face again.
John made a service call to diagnose and repair a blank screen on softener. The unit came with the house and had been operating fine. John found a long low voltage wire was the culprit. Some corrosion at ground level connections and even inside the wire insulation was a concern. John removed and replaced the whole run of wire. A difficult task involving threading the new wire under cement and under the house.He also gave me an orientation on operation and maintenance of the unit. Prior owner did not leave any manuals so this was welcome.After the softer maintenance was completed he checked the drinking RO water unit. Five years since install and time to change the charcoal and RO membrane. Another orientation on this unit from John was appreciated.I like that his company has records for the address for installation and no maintenance since.John cleaned up after both jobs and all is working great now!A pleasant experience with a guy who seems to enjoy what he does!Thank you John.
John Arguilez is extremely professional. He was here to replace reverse osmosis filters and to train me about the system. He was clear and patient in his explanations. I feel even more confident in the EcoWater units that were installed last year. I should be able to handle future re placements and am aware how to react if a problem arises. But more importantly, I know John is nearby and will quickly come to my aid. He left me his number and promised to respond immediately. I believe him.

Dustin from EcoWater provided the absolute best service. He explained why we weren't getting any water flow from the reverse osmosis tank. It was a simple fix. He didn't try to sell us a new tank. I highly recommend him for any service calls. Very polite and professional. *****
We've had our Ecowater whole house system since 2008. I even brought it with me when I moved into a new home a few years ago. It has proven to be a reliable system, and worth the initial investment. I particularly like that my water doesn't smell like chlorine! Customer service with Ecowater has always been very helpful. I recommend!
I’m a senior citizen and while I consider that I am savvy in a technical way, I did need lots of help setting up my EcoWater system. Sean went beyond setting up the system by helping me with my password and logging into the system properly. Sean was very helpful. He took his time making sure I completed each task before moving on. He was very respectful. I would recommend Ecowater Systems San Diego to anyone who is in the market for a water system to enhance the condition and safety of their home water quality. Calling EcoWater to fix our very hard water was the best decision we made after buying our house. Almost immediately we noticed no white film on the shower or the dog water dish, our skin didnt itch after showering and our laundry felt better. We found out about EcoWater through their affiliate program with Costco, and after calling and setting up an appt, someone (April) came out to our house to do several water tests both in our faucets and our outdoor spigots and recommended the system that would work for our water use and our size home. We’ve had it for several months now and I really couldn’t be happier with it. It’s made a world of difference and I’d do it again in a second!
I did the Costco water treatment, set up a consultation and Julie Riness came over and tested our water. We recently moved in Riverside. I didn’t realize how bad Riverside water was. I didn’t even know I wanted water treatment until I noticed a lot of lime and calcium build up around my sink. I also noticed my hair was getting darker and my scalp had build up. My sister started getting acne and her eczema was acting up from the water and my daughter started getting skin problems. After Julie showed us what EcoWater does, there was no hesitation from our family that we needed this. Julie was great in testing everything out, the pH and the separation of our water and what’s in it. She answered all of our questions and gave us the best water system fit for our home. We wanted it installed right away and she was able to hold her word that if they get any cancellations, they will squeeze us in, which they did. My Costco cash card came in a week later and with my membership, I’ll be able to get the rewards when it comes time to renew again. Julie was so great and the customer service I received was awesome. I love my water treatment and having clean water to drink! It has truly worked. My scalp problems are gone, skin isn’t dry, my sister’s acne is going away and we get spotless car washes!
My system has been working well. Soft water is hard to beat when you have sensitive skin. Washing clothes is also easier and cleaner with soft water. We also have the alkaline water which for me is a must if you drink a lot of water. Julie whom has helped from the beginning has come by to check on everything making sure everything is working properly. Pure and Gentle soap products that come with the first purchase are nice. The installer was over the top good with quality piping job and bonus soft water outlet for washing the car.
We had been talking about getting a water system for a while since we were seeing a lot of build up from the hard water. We were concerned about the damage to our newly remodled bathroom and new appliances in the kitchen. After seeing EcoWater at Costco we were confident we would be well taken care of. Our neighbors have a system from another company but are not pleased with it. Julie R. took her time explaining the benefits of the whole house refiner and alkaline water drinking system. We have had the system about 6 weeks now and when she came back to retest, everything was working perfectly. After a couple days, we could feel the skin was not dry after showering. We had been drinking water from the refrigerator filter but after Julie showed us it wasn't much different than the tap, we knew we wanted the reverse osmosis as well. My husband gets arthritis in his back so we went with the alkaline filter with the higher Ph to reduce inflammation. Karla & Juan did an extremely great job on the installation and helped us with the wifi settings. We will be telling all of our neighbors about Julie & EcoWater.
Our Rep Julie did a great job! She came out to retest and make sure everything was working properly. After just using our system for a few days, I noticed a huge difference in the water softness compared to my mothers house, who doesn't have an EcoWater system. We're also happy that we will be saving $75+ by not needing an Arrowhead water dispenser and bottles anymore. We also took advantage of the Pure and Gentle soap package and can't wait to get it so we won't be using harsh chemicals in the house anymore.
We love the taste of our water with the reverse osmosis system. April came to our house and tested our water and explained everything. Thanks to her, we decided to add the good minerals back with the extra tank and the water is soft and clean tasting. We chose this for our health because of the chromium 6 in the desert water, but having our water taste great is an added bonus. We bought this through Costco.

Fully satisfied so far! Got both a Water Softener and an RO Filter.Absolutely no more white mineral deposits on faucets. Clean, clear, very drinkable and satisfying water with no residue. The water is *literally* softer. Showers are actually smoother.Then there is the effect the treated water has on clothes washing. Just bought an Ecowater System through Costco on Sunday and it was installed on today. Since I just had the system installed, this review is on the install only. The person who installed the system was Tony Thieme. I was very impressive with his knowledge and his work. The install was quick and he didn't leave any trash or mess behind. Tony is a true Professional!
LOVE OUR ECOWATER SYSTEM. WE DECIDED TO GO WITH THE REFINER WITH WIFI AND THE ALKALINE WATER. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE MADE. We love the EcoWater System and especially the alkaline drinking water. The water is so smooth and silky when I bathe. But the best part is not having hard water build up in my water pipes and my shower. I no longer have to squeegee my shower after bathing! They installed it efficiently. Julie visited six months after we purchased the water treatment system, and made sure that everything was working to par. The team of technicians are all nice and very professional. The system is easy to maintain and I recommend you purchase the digital light indicator to alert you when the filters are ready to be replaced. We've had our whole house refiner and reverse osmosis system for six months now, we've noticed a significant difference in the calcium build up on all the fixtures, noticed how much softer our skin and hair is. We were so excited to get the pure and gentle soap products, now we don't have to buy any laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, personal care items or cleaning supplies. Saving so much money by not going to the store and feel so much better about the reduction of plastic bottles by having our soaps come in concentrated form and not buying bottled water.Our installer Carlos DLC did a great job on our installation and our sales rep Julie R has being amazing, she's stopped by to check in on our system and we are so happy we made the decision to go with EcoWater over other companies.

I just want to say Thanks to Brett McCullers a service tech who came to my home to install my water system under the sink. He was really helpful and friendly. He noticed a small leak from my previous hose and offered to come back if I got the new hose and install it. I know that isn’t part of his job and it was going to take time away from his other orders to come back but he was willing to do that and he kept to his agreement. It’s sometimes hard to find good customer service and even that much harder to find someone who will go above and beyond what they are required to do. Much appreciated to BrettThank you

We had got the Eco water system installed in the middle of June and we are in love with it! I'm really picky with the water I drink and hardly ever drank water but since we had the water system installed I actually drink it now it was no taste and that's perfect for me and my family. The hard water is gone we can diffently tell the diffence our skin isn't rough and dry but silky and smooth! My daughter dry skin has healed! Thank you so much Eco water I00% recomand this company
