Carlos was our install guy, he was very professional and walked us through all our questions.

Carlos did an excellent job installing our water softener and under sink reverse osmosis system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain how everything works. His work was clean, organized, and done with great attention to detail. Carlos made sure everything was working properly before he left and cleaned up the work area afterward.
