Their technology and equipment surpass value when compared to all the other brands. On top, their sales, service and in-office administrative reps have been great to work with over the years.Julie Riness has been my direct sales rep and has always provided with me exceptional service. I highly recommend her.Jaelyn Lopez has been my direct contact in-office for service needs and she has always gone above and beyond. I am thoroughly impressed with the service we received from... Jordan Tallmadge at EcoWater SoCal. He was very polite, treating our home with respect and going out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service; extremely knowledgeable, giving detailed explanations of the tests he took and outlining the way the EcoWater system works to purify our water; and very thorough, taking the time to make sure everything was done just right, including straightening out and tightening up the faucets before he left. We have used EcoWater systems before. Just moved from Utah.... We found Julie very knowledgeable of product line. She was very courteous and professional. Actually she is the reason we were made comfortable to decide which model we should get. She was prompt in arranging the installation.
