My wife and I are very happy with our RO and Alkaline water... treatment system. I contacted Tiffany Griffith to report a very slight leak at a fitting under our sink. She coordinated a service call for us to quickly handle this. Then we will be able to put our cleaning items under the sink before Thanksgiving and before our large family arrives. Julie our sales person came to our house and I was shown... how bad our current water quality was. My trusty Icemaker filter under the sink for the drinking water faucet had a higher TDS rating than the tap water! I also learned a few other things from Julie. that were helpful. She was fact based.We went the the full RO and Alkaline system. Carla was the installation lead and she was outstanding. She (and her helper Mariano) went above and beyond to create a clean looking install for us by going under the house instead of wrapping pipes outside of the house to connect to the softener. The rest of the install was clean and professional.This system might seem expensive up front but it is well made and not high maintenance. We chose to go this path instead of seemingly saving money up front and then having to maintain a sub-par system.I highly recommend Eco Water Systems if you are looking for a high quality RO and Alkaline water system.We are happy with our decision.read more
